'I feel it important to let you know that the service you have provided to me as a supply teacher has been fantastic.. polite, friendly, professional and supportive! I really appreciate it!'

Emma
Drama Teacher, Birmingham

In October 2004 the agency I had been registered with for a year was struggling to provide me with regular work as a qualified teacher. Instead I was being provided with LSA work for half the pay. I decided to register with Supply Network that same month. They were able to obtain regular bookings in a wide range of Secondary schools across Birmingham, from those more challenging schools to those recognised for their high academic achievements. Since January 2005 I have been working only for Supply Network. I am pleased to work for them as they provide an excellent service. They provide regular work, I receive payment on time and they take an interest in how well each placement goes. I have been able to revisit certain schools on a weekly basis, which has enabled me to gain the respect and co-operation of the pupils and staff. I am looking forward to the new academic year.'

I would like to thank Laurence Doherty at Supply Network for his support in helping me get the position as an EFL/English Teacher.

I found Laurence very efficient and proactive as he showed initiative by sending me a detailed programme of the interview the day before.  This helped me prepare for the interview and increased the chance of success.

Laurence demonstrated that he had vision in dealing with me as a potential candidate and his support was demonstrated when he kept in contact after the interview.

Lastly, I believe that Laurence actively works to solve problems.  When the employment documentation was not sent out to me after two weeks of being offered the position, Laurence made the effort to contact the school and find out the reason for the delay, and later contacted me reassuring me that the school will send the documents promptly.
